We made this card in the stamp club gathering in July. It was an especially busy evening because the ladies made this card the same evening that they made the birthday shaker card that I shared here a couple of weeks ago. There are several stepped up details on this card that make it especially pretty. I can't claim responsibility for designing this – I learned all about it from a fellow demonstrator named Linda. I thought it was SOOO go-juss that I just had to share it with my stamp club gals. This is one of those cards that is more involved to create, but the end result is totally worth it.
This card uses almost all of the shapes from the Flourish Thinlits die set along with the coordinating stamps. Additionally, all of the die cut shapes were brushed with the Clear Wink of Stella to give it some extra glam. As is always the way with attempting to photograph glimmer, you can't really see it here. It has a lovely subtle sparkle on the die cut pieces IRL.
The stamp set/die cut bundle are definitely on the expensive side, but they are totally worth it in my opinion. You get LOADS of stamps and die cut shapes in the bundle, and the fonts on the greetings are just plain fabulous. Also – if you host a party that has > $450 in merchandise sold, then you could choose to get this fabulous bundle at half price. Now wouldn't that just be fantastic?!?
