Special this month, you can purchase some fun goodies to introduce some curves into your projects! I created this card using the Quite Curvy bundle that is available until the end of this month. And then it will be back again in January in the next Mini catalog. I’ll share another post very soon that goes over all of the options that are available and coordinate with the dies – there’s lots of fun in this offering!

These are some beautiful samples that the artists at Stampin’ Up! created with this bundle. Aren’t they beautiful?!? I love that there are some images in the set that are perfect for coloring, but small enough that it won’t take forever. In fact, the wee birdy on my card was a last minute addition and it only took me a couple minutes to color him. I love him!
This current sketch was the inspiration for my card layout. I’m not 100% happy with the mat on the banner element; the edges aren’t even on the banner points and it bugs me a little. I’ll need to ponder a bit about how to mat a banner, or perhaps the best strategy is to skip the mat. Something to think about when I’m laying in bed, unable to sleep in the middle of the night. 😉 I do like this sketch, and I’m sure that I’ll revisit it again in the future.
Love the contrast of the curved lines and straight edges! Thanks for playing along with us at FMS.
Thank you so much Jacquie – your kind words brightened my day!
That curvy bundle is so pretty! I love how you used it for the sentiment on your sweet card! Glad you joined us at FMS!
Thank you so much for your kind words Linda – I had fun with the sketch!
