A bit earlier this year
Every year, Stampin' Up! announces stamps and accessories that are being retired to make room in the next big catalog for new items. Due to the change in the catalog schedule, the retirement list is released a bit earlier this year than in the past. Currently, the only information that they have shared is the list of retiring stamps (that you can see at this location). The list of retiring accessories is going to be released a bit later this month. These retiring items will be available until May 31st, which is the last day for our current catalog. However, there is one caveat… the items on the accessory list (I'll share it when it is released on April 25th) will only be available until supplies last. Since Stampin' Up! manufactures their own stamps, the same stipulation does not apply for those items.
Take a few moments to look over the list, or use the link on the right for the retirement list to see images of the stamp sets that are retiring. If there are sets on the list that you've been considering for a while, but haven't yet gotten around to purchasing them, now is your opportunity to purchase them before they are gone forever. There are several sets on the list that I will really miss, but I'm also looking forward with excitement to see the wonderful new things that will be available on June 1st.
