Center Step fun fold
This is another card that we did at Terry's workshop. I featured the ornament suspension card in a previous blog post and this was the second project that we did. I was striving to do cards that have interesting/unique aspects to them because her guests were all experienced stampers. I have a real fondness for cards that have something unusual about them. I really like the unique fold for this card because it is definitely different than anything you'll find in the store. But it is sooooo easy to do! The hard part is the cutting and scoring, and I had already taken care of that for Terry's guests. I also really like using patterned paper for something other than the obvious season or event. The paper on the side panels is from the Berry Blossoms pack which is a lovely set of papers with flowers, strawberries and apples. Definitely NOT Christmas! But I loved using the Wisteria Wonder side of the paper on this card. What do you think? Would you like to receive this card this Holiday season?
