I designed this card for a friend who was looking to do some cards based on a single stamp set. The religious message for this stamp that is part of the More Merry Messages set seemed right up her alley. I just made some more of this card yesterday to send to some of my church friends; I think that they will really appreciate it.
This card could easily be changed to a more secular look and message. Just change up the colors of the card base, mat and candles and stamp a different message and voilà, a non-religious card. You could also swap out DSP for the stamped candles to use some of those small scraps that we hate to throw away. We did this card at a stamp-a-stack last weekend and one of the guests had the brilliant idea of changing it into a birthday card! I love hearing all the cool creative ideas that people come up with! I hadn't thought of a birthday card, but I think it's a fantastic idea.

- Cardstock: Blushing Bride, Elegant Eggplant, Whisper White, Daffodil Delight, Gumball Green
- Ink: Blushing Bride, Elegant Eggplant
- Accessories: Bird Builder punch, Whisper White 3/8" Taffeta ribbon, Basic Black marker, Stampin' Sponges
