with retiring products
This card is actually my creation for a sketch challenge posted on another blog. The sketch challenge is called Merry Monday, and every Monday the author posts a challenge for participants. The idea is to help people build out their stash of Christmas Cards before we get crazy at the end of the year. I think that it is a fantastic concept, and I thought I'd give it a try this week. I grabbed the image of the sketch that she shared. For my adaptation, I rotated the sketch 90 degrees to have the circles across the bottom.
I also wanted to continue to highlight products that will be retiring with the new catalog. The DSP and all of the stamps used for this card and some of the inks will be retiring at the end of May. I confess that I haven't used the Punch Pals set very much, so I'm happy to give it some inky love at least one more time before it is no longer available.
I used the following products to make this card:
- Stamps: Punch Pals, Many Merry Messages
- Cardstock: Wild Wasabi, Baja Breeze, Basic Black, Whisper White
- Ink: Stazon Black
- Markers: Basic Black, Poppy Parade, Peach Parfait, Baja Breeze, Blushing Bride, Wild Wasabi
- Accessories: Just Add Cake DSP, Baja Breeze Seam Binding, 1 1/4" Circle punch, 1 3/8" Circle punch, Dimensionals
What a great card!
