I don't know why, but the first thing that popped into my head when I looked at this stamp set was to create a center step card. Sometimes that happens to me; I get a compulsion to do a specific thing with a stamp or paper. I really love how this stamp set allows you to create many different looking snow people. There's different hats, eyes and neckwear that you can use to create different looks. I went with the dapper gentleman look here, but I've made a lady and a kiddo snow person as well. I stamped his hat and bowtie on a scrap of paper, cut them out, and then adhered them. The other features were stamped directly on the vanilla panel. The facial features definitely require the use of a Stamp-A-Ma-Jig to get them aligned correctly. A little bit of fiddling with that tool, and you'll have a snowman (or woman) that you love!
I used the following supplies for this card:
- Stamp Sets: Sylin' Snowfolk, More Merry Messages
- Cardstock: Crumb Cake, Very Vanilla, Lucky Limeade
- Ink: Basic Gray, Pumpkin Pie, Early Espresso, Lucky Limeade, Island Indigo, Cherry Cobbler
- Accessories: Festival of Prints DSP
