I designed this card for the Essex stamp club crew. I wanted to take an opportunity to show these amazing coordinating dies and stamps while they are still available. We just had our meeting, and the ladies worked like champs creating this card. One gal swapped the position of the poinsettia and the greeting, another had the ribbon and sequin oriented diagonally on the corner, and one had some extra pine die cuts added to the top to cover a little oopsie (and it turned out fantastic!). We were having a discussion about these stamps and dies at the class, and the ladies hadn’t really looked at them closely in the catalog because they didn’t really love the samples. I hope that this card will inspire folks to take another look and this great bundle.
The stamps and dies on this card are part of the “Year-End Closeout”. Most of the products from the Holiday catalog are retiring, and they will be available until January 2nd “while supplies last”. Which means, if there is something that you are wanting from the Holiday catalog that is retiring, don’t dilly-dally waiting to order. Some items are already unavailable, and the list is only going to grow. The best bet to make sure that you get what you want is to place an online order. Also, if you want to place an order for gift items, please order by December 13th to maximize your odds of getting the products before Christmas. You can click on the “Year-End Closeout” image above to navigate to my online store. Happy shopping!
Happily, this card fits the current challenge on the Global Design Project site. Like the card that I shared the other day, it is easy to have something that fits these season-based challenges since I’m in full-on Christmas creation mode. I’m still beavering away at Christmas cards so thankfully I have readily available options. I just took inventory of the amount of cards that I have on hand, and I’m getting desperate to mass produce some simple but pretty cards so that I have enough. Who knows, maybe another creation will fit the next Global Design Project challenge…
