I know that you're probably still exhausted from all of the Holiday craziness. I think that I am finally decompressed from all of the hustle. But… it's never too early to start getting ready for next year. If you spread out your Christmas card making throughout the year then your life will be a bit easier in December. If you have received the new Occasions catalog you will see that several sets from the Holiday catalog are still available (the details are on page 49). I'm so happy that this is one of the stamp sets that is still available. The greetings are definitely for the Holidays, but the star images will be great for year-round use. And, the stars match up wonderfully with the Stars Framelits. I love it when they make stamps and dies or punches that coordinate!
I got the inspiration for this design from a fairly recent sketch challenge out on the Mojo Monday site. This is one of those cards where I looked at the sketch and the elements just popped together in my brain. I love it when that happens! The sentiment that I used for this card is fairly large, and the panel here allows enough space to fit it all in. I like the bit of glam from the gold foil and glitter touches on this card. White and gold are a perfect pairing for a Holiday card, don't you think?
