Cute little goody bag Easy and cute

I'm not a big card sender for Halloween, but I do like to create cute little treat holders for handing out to the neighborhood munchkins. I showed the club gals how to make this oldie-but-goodie project (called a bag-a-lope) last month so they would have time to make some for Halloween if they were so inspired.  I have some gals in club who don't care for boxes and the like, but one of them said "that wasn't too bad after all" once they had it assembled.    You can't see from the picture, but leaves from the Confetti stamp set are stamped all over the envelope in Perfect Plum ink.  The cute kitty stamp and the Framelit die used for the enclosure are featured in the Holiday mini catalog.

I used the following supplies to make this bag-a-lope treat holder:

  • Stamps: Frightening Feline, Teeny Tiny Wishes, Confetti
  • Cardstock: Old Olive, Pumpkin Pie, Basic Black, Whisper White
  • Ink: Pumpkin Pie, Perfect Plum
  • Accessories: Basic Black 1/8" Taffeta ribbon, Polka Dot Parade DSP, Window Frames Framelit die, Modern Label punch, Word Window punch, medium white envelope
