I was very excited to see that today is Jamie Hyneman's birthday because my family and I are huge fans of Myth Busters, and he of course is one of the founders of the show. I remember many evenings when our son was younger that we would settle in on the couch with a bowl of popcorn and watch the teams on the show test all sorts of theories and frequently blow things up. It was great fun! I am happy to honor him today in my blog post because he has done amazing things to inspire young aspiring scientists and the inner Boy Scout in all of us. Happy Birthday to you Jamie!
This card is incredibly easy to create, and it is a perfect card for absolutely anyone. The DSP on this card does the really heavy lifting to create the birthday theme and the balloons add the finishing touch. The punch art balloons actually are comprised of pieces from two different punches. The balloon body isn't a big stretch with the small oval punch, but the little bottom piece is the real surprise. That is one of the feet from the owl punch. Pretty danged cool, right?
