otherwise known as Victoria Beckham
Today is Victoria's birthday, and I bet that she would enjoy this birthday card. I mean, who wouldn't?!?
We made this lovely birthday card at Denise's workshop at the end of March. It is actually a really quick and easy card because the beautiful Twitterpated DSP does most of the work. This DSP will be gone at the end of the month when the Occasions Mini catalog wraps up. I'll miss this patterns and colors that are used in this paper; it is soooo pretty. We cut out the butterfly using the Beautiful Butterflies Sizzix die, and then stamped on it in the same color ink. We folded it along the center "spine" and we curled the wings with our fingers a bit to give it more of a 3D look. The butterfly is attached to the card with some Tombow Mono-Multipurpose adhesive along the "spine". To add a nice extra touch, we adhered a string of the basic pearls along the spine.
These are the materials that I used to create this card:
- Stamps: Teeny Tiny Wishes, Fresh Vintage (SAB)
- Cardstock: Riding Hood Red, Basic Gray, Whisper White, Pear Pizzazz
- Ink: Riding Hood Red
- Accessories: Twitterpated DSP, Modern Label punch, Word Window punch, Basic Pearls, Beautiful Butterflies Sizzix die
