This pretty stamp set was part of my recent purchase from the new catalog. I tried to restrain myself because I can tend to go a little crazy with all the newness. But I just had to have this pretty set! There are several things that I waited to order that I had to defer, but I just had to get this one.
I created this card to participate in this color challenge from The Paper Players. These colors are perfect for spring flowers, so that is just the ticket for this pretty stamp set. And I think that purple irises are the most common variety that I see around Vermont, so this card makes me think of the flowers in the yard when I was growing up.

Andrea your iris is perfect for this colour palette and looks great highlighted in your outlined panel. I hadn’t noticed this set in my first catalogue pass so am off to take another look! Thanks for sharing with us over at The Paper Players this week!

So very pretty, Andrea! I really like the scalloped detail and the trio of pearls is the perfect touch. Thanks so much for joining us this week at The Paper Players!

Beautiful, Andrea! I love how you matted the panels onto black to make the challenge colors “pop”. Embossing the Granny Apple Green cardstock with the Subtle folder adds the perfect amount of texture. Thank you for sharing with The Paper Players!
Thanks so much Ann – your kind words really made my day! I look forward to participating again with The Paper Players again soon.
