Snowflake beauty for realsies

I'm almost beside myself – it's actually snowing here in Vermont today! After the snow-less winter last year, I'm not sure how to react. Before I totally go off the deep end, let me clarify – it's snowing a bit. We don't really have much in the way of accumulation, but it's actually happening!

I created this card for a demonstrator swap that I participated in for the Holiday Mini catalog. I actually made this card back in July/August, but it didn't make sense to share here until it fit in with the season. I'm a real sucker for any stamp set that features snow flakes. I just can't seem to get enough of them! And the Snowflake Soirée set in this mini catalog was no exception; I fell under its' spell as soon as I saw it. And don't even get me started on the snowflake Sizzix die!

I used the following supplies to create this card:

  • Stamps: Snowflake Soirée, Everything Eleanor
  • Cardstock: Baja Breeze, Not Quite Navy, Whisper White, Crumb Cake
  • Ink: Bashful Blue, Not Quite Navy, Baja Breeze, Marina Mist, Crumb Cake
  • Accessories: Champagne Glimmer paper, Silver Glimmer paper, Snow Flurry Bigz die, Mini brads, Baja Breeze marker, Color Spritz tool, Adorning Accents Edgelit die
