I always love the sentiment "Peace on Earth" for holiday cards, it is really what we are called to strive for, isn't it. This card features a stamp set that came out in the Holiday catalog, and I really hope that it comes back again for next Christmas. There are only 3 stamps in the set, but it is absolutely beautiful.
This card is a CASE of my own card that I made as a sample when the Holiday catalog came out. I changed up the colors of the layers, and the background is stamped instead of using an embossing folder. I wanted a design that was just a little bit quicker to make for the stamp-a-stack, and this one fit the bill perfectly.
I used the following materials to make this card:
- Stamps: Calm Christmas, World Map
- Cardstock: Smoky Slate, Island Indigo, Whisper White
- Ink: Pool Party, Island Indigo, Smoky Slate (for sponging)
- Accessories: Ovals Framelits, Adorning Accents Edgelits, Winter Frost DSP, Silver ribbon, Basic Rhinestones, Stampin' Sponges, Stampin' Dimensionals
