I made a batch of these cards to send out to a few friends this year. I used the 6×6″ One-Sheet-Wonder cutting and assembly instructions that I used for the January card class. I love this particular OSW because it gives nice, big pieces of patterned paper and space for coordinating cardstock elements AND there is hardly any waste of the patterned paper. It hits all of my preferences for card!

These cards are using A LOT of retired products. I love pulling out my stash of retired products and getting them onto finished products. I used retired patterned paper, the Happy Heart embossing folder, Blushing Bride cardstock, and the Hearts of Elegance bundle. So much retired goodness!!! Even if you can’t purchase these products any more, hopefully my card design inspires you to make some Valentine’s with products that you have in your crafting collection.

First I started these cards by making a batch of card bases using the OSW. I actually created them a few weeks ago and set them aside to focus on other projects until it was closer to Valentine’s Day. Well – my husband noticed the stack of the bases late last week and asked me what I was doing with them. Thankfully he jogged my memory on these so I could decorate them and get them out hopefully in time for the holiday.
