I’ve been wanting to create a bridge card for a while now, and I finally decided to take a few minutes to create this one for the current Tic Tac Toe Challenge. I just learned about this challenge blog very recently and I was eager to try it out. This time I chose to go with the first vertical column: butterfly, purple, die cut. It feel like I may have cheated a bit since the butterfly is also my die cut, but I think it still qualifies.
I was happy to use some papers from the Petal Garden paper and pull out coordinating color cardstock. I hadn’t used these pretty papers yet, so I’m glad that I was able to bust them out for a trial run.
I also used the coordinating stamp set for the greeting and flower image on the back panel. I also used this as an opportunity to practice more with my new Stampin’ Blends (they are alcohol markers). I love coloring with them, they flow like a dream! In just a couple of days you will be able to order them for yourself. They will be available for anyone to purchase on November 1st, along with a limited availability kit and coordinating stamp set that go wonderfully with the new markers.
