This was one of the cards from the Christmas Stamp-A-Stack class that I offered in October. I really like how the patterned paper does all of the heavy lifting on this card. These ornaments are just so colorful and cheerful, it just needed a muted, coordinating pattern and a greeting to make the card complete. I think this one is my favorite from that batch of cards, and I just couldn’t resist sharing it with you as we’re in the final throes of Christmas preparation.
I used this past sketch challenge as the inspiration for my card design. I swapped the orientation to be horizontal instead of vertical and I added the pretty gold bling strip as a divider between the patterned papers. I stacked some diecuts for the greeting panel and you have a completed, pretty card. I really like the quickness of assembly while still making a special card that is sure to be appreciated.
