I hope that these posts are piquing your interest in creating your own sampler. This project was my first attempt, and I had so much fun! The “Live Laugh Love” section was the last piece that I created for my sampler. I wanted this piece to be a bit more involved but I struggled because I needed to keep it flat so I could put the glass in the frame in front of the finished product. In fact, I didn’t even use any dimensionals on my sections for this reason – which is shocking! It is totally fine to layer up the sections if you don’t want to put the glass into the frame.
This is another quick one, but not quite as quick as the square from my previous post. For this one I embossed the Balmy Blue layer to add some interest and highlight the little bit of blue in some of the DSP papers. I like having some embossed pieces to add some texture to the finished project. This section is super-quick to assemble, and I like the balance with some more involved pieces.
