I created this card just for fun; not for a class, not for a club meeting, not for a specific occasion. It’s not very often that I get to create just for the fun of creating, so it is a real treat when I get the opportunity. Previously I shared another card featuring the Wildly Happy stamp set, and I described my un-gracious win of the set at OnStage in April. I decided that it was time to pull this set out again so I could stretch my comfort zone some more. I have to say that I am very happy with how this turned out. So… I’m glad that I received this set after all! And I’m going to try to use the rest of the stamps in the set, too.

When I said that I created this card just for fun, that is true. But, I also created it for the current challenge on the Freshly Made Sketches site. They are celebrating their 400th sketch over multiple weeks. This week they brought back their 200th sketch as the challenge for the 2nd week. I really liked this sketch when it first came out, so I was excited to create with it again. This layout is so basic, but it really is a fantastic starting point to get my creative juices flowing. So – the card was created for fun, with a purpose. And I love participating in challenges, so that’s all part of the fun, too.

Edited 8/20: I’m super excited that Linda chose my sweet bunnies as a favorite, and called me out as a Princess for the week. I’m very flattered because there are some truly amazing creations in the gallery.
