Every month has holidays and some of those fun and funky "special" days, and March is no different. Each month also has special themes that span the full month as well. All of these provide great fodder for creating cards to send to someone "just because". I did a little searching on the inter-tubes and found this inspiration for card sharing.

There are some great occasions to send a greeting to a friend in March. Do you have a friend that is a Girl Scout? Send her a card to let her know that you're thinking of her on Girl Scouts Day. Know a math geek? Send 'em a card celebration National Pi Day. Do you know a social worker? Send a card to them to let them know you appreciate how important their job is, since it is Social Workers Month. St. Patrick's Day is a fun day to "get your green on", even if you aren't Irish. And then there's Earth Day – a perfect chance to celebrate doing good environmental things. There are many wonderful occasions to send a greeting to friends or family this month. I hope you take the opportunity to send a card for one of these special reasons. Or, many of these days are great themes for a scrapbook page, if card making isn't your first love. Whatever you choose, I hope that you create something and then you'll be celebrating National Craft Month, too.
