thanks_a_latte_ppalternativeRemember a little bit ago when I shared the cute coffee card that I created from the July Paper Pumpkin kit? I had promised to share another project using the same stamps, and this is it! When I created the cards in the kit I used the 8 cup diecuts that included the shape of a succulent coming out of the top. This left me with four diecuts that were only the cup, that I just had to use up because they were too stinkin' cute. I created four of these cards that I included with the In Color Club orders for August. I hope that the recipients thought they were fun, too. All of the stamps that I used were from that same Paper Pumpkin kit – I hope to use the set some more in the future.

I was inspired by this old sketch from the Freshly Made Sketches site when I designed this card. Sometimes a sketch just calls to me as a perfect fit for a particular stamp set, and that is certainly true this time. I used a single sheet of 12×12" paper from the In Color 2014-2016 assortment to make four 4" x 4" cards, which left me with one 4"x4" piece left over. I then dug into my retired DSP and pulled out a couple of sheets from the Moonlight stack from last year. I still love the papers in that stack! I have to say that I created four of these cards in no time! And when I look at this picture, the card still makes me smile.
