I think that the Jolly man would really appreciate receiving a special gift this year while he’s out making his rounds. I filled these decorated mini coffee cups with two different candies – peppermint hard candies in one, and Reese’s peanut butter bells in the other. Aren’t these just the cutest things in their own little carrying basket?!?
For the October multi-demo stamp-a-stack that I helped with, the different demonstrators decorated these mini coffee cups as a special door prize for each of the participants. You can purchase the mini cups online at this store. The store also has the plastic lids, which you’ll see at the bottom of the page for the cups. Unfortunately, the lot sizes are different for the products, so you need to buy 2 packs of these cups to match the quantity of lids in a single lot.
Decorating these cups has been very popular for a while now, so I am late to the bandwagon here. I actually created these decorated treat holders for the participants in the stamp-a-stack that I held last weekend. I visited Pinterest to get various ideas for these cute cups, and found this idea shared by another demonstrator. If you decide that you want to decorate some of these, you will need to create a template from a cup to cut out the patterned paper. Since they are tapered, the patterned paper needs to be cut on a curve. I changed the papers and stamps, but the general design is not my own. The patterned papers and ribbons are retired, but the stamp set, ink and cardstock are still current.
