I keep saying it, and it’s still true… we are in unprecedented times. Almost all of us have not seen days like these in our lifetimes. There are so many things that are being impacted and changing due to various “stay home, stay safe” orders across the country. One of the milestone celebrations that is really impacted are weddings. In fact, I saw an advertisement last night for the Jared jewelry store featuring various couples getting married virtually. There is so much time and money that goes into planning wedding celebrations, I can’t begin to fathom how sharply families are having to pivot their plans. Ironically, our church has spent time and money to advertise our space for weddings hoping to increase rental income. Our sanctuary was renovated at the beginning of the year, and we were hoping to welcome more people in to enjoy the beautiful space. Alas, that is not happening for a while. But… a lot of people are going ahead with weddings, just doing it virtually like I saw in the Jared commercial. I think that this pretty card would be a lovely sentiment to give to any couple whether they are marrying virtually or not.
I created this card over a year ago at the OnStage event in Charlotte. This card featured several products from the Perennial Essence Suite from the Annual Catalog. I immediately fell in love with the beautiful art on the patterned papers in this suite, and I’m sad to see it retire. A few of the items that I used on the card are retiring: DSP, vellum, floral centers and the ribbon pack. The stamp and punch bundle are carrying over, but you won’t be able to get the bundle pricing any more after the end of this month. So, if you want any of these beautiful products please order them now while you can still get them.
