I wish Kerri & Misty the best of luck in their remaining matches at the Olympics. I don't actually know these gals, but they are fun to watch and they are very inspirational. This card would be a lovely thing to share with them to let them know that I'm thinking of them.
Actually, this was one of the samples that I CASE'd from another demonstrator to display at my Open House at the end of June. The faint background flourishes, the "friends" label and the label die cut are all new items from the new catalog along with two of the new In Colors that are featured. This card is actually pretty easy to make, and it has a nice CAS (Clean And Simple) look without seeming too basic.
I used the following supplies to make this card:
- Stamps: Flowering Flourishes, Sweet Essentials
- Cardstock: Raspberry Ripple, Primrose Petals, Shimmer White, Whisper White
- Ink: Pink Pirouette, Raspberry Ripple
- Accessories: Bitty Banners Framelits, Beautiful Wings Embosslits, Tulip Frame embossing folder, Rhinestone basic jewels, Stampin' Dimensionals
